Phlicia created FemQ to empower women to wake up and start living the lives they were born to lead. It is time for a mind evolution! Through the ACT Philosophy, she works towards inspiring positive change in the world; a conscious collective; a new way of being.

Phlicia expresses her passion daily through allowing herself creative space to receive what she describes as dictation from God. She credits FemQ: Infinite Intelligence for giving her the capacity to see! She utilizes her gift of vision in supporting women through her wholeness coaching; empowering them to use their voice, to unleash their FemQ and create their unique vision; a new way of thinking!
Her Purpose
Transform the World
Before fully committing to this life work, Phlicia dealt with fear and doubt. She didn't want to be another "motivational" speaker. She was intent on making a valuable contribution; transforming the world. And that would come by her being authentic; living it. "The world has enough problems, it doesn't just need motivating; it needs fundamental change. It is all of our responsibility to change it for the better." Therefore, she has dedicated her life to this work. She shares her message of love and transformation through speaking to audiences around the world; a new way of living!
It is my responsibility to share my experience to empower women to wake the heaven up! Lord knows there is enough hell going on.
